An FIR under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act 1890 has been registered against a man in Chung for torturing dogs.
The case has been registered on the complaint of the Incharge Animal Rescue Center, Lady Warden, Aroosa Hussain. According to the case details, information was received that the suspect habitually torture dogs in Chung at his place.
A raid was conducted and arrested the suspect identified as Rana Ibrar. The police rescued all the dogs and admitted them to the Animal Rescue Center in Lahore.
